Shipping and handling costs

Brandt Indoor makes the packaging shipment in safe to protect the goods against damage during transport. If the product is returned, it must be returned in similar secure packaging (see the "Return")

Brandt Indoor can not guarnatee a special delivery date. If so desired please contact us and see what we can do.
Brandt Indoor provides 2 years warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence, tampering or otherwise abnormal use.
NOTE: As several of our products are old and have been used before purchase, these products will be evaluated taking this fact into account. Due to consideration to the product's condition at time of purchase. It is therefore recommended that the use of these products should always take into account the product's condition and possible frailty.
Complaints about defects that should be discovered by normal examination of the goods must be notified Brandt Indoor soon as possible and max. with in a week. The product can be returned for repair, replacement or credited if agreed
Undo / Returns
There are 14 day refund policy on a purchase of goods from the day the item is received. If you choose to do so, the product must be returned in same condition as when received.
When buying Flensted Mobiles products must be returned in original and unopened packaging.
When buying products that are marked with "Unique" (one of a kind product) you must accept a shorter return policy. The return of these products is accepted if you have contacted Brandts indoor with in 2 days after you have received the goods., and an agreement has been made on how you wish to return them. We expect to receive returned items within max. 5 days after your reception.

Returns can also happen by refusing to receive the delivery, or by bringing the goods to our shop. It is required that adequate information is presented, such as the invoice and for refrence to prior communication on the return.
NOTE: It is not possible to get refunds paid in the shop. The refund can only be returned via the webshop payment module.
Be aware that the item is considered returned when it is received by us. This means that the customer is responsible for damage to the product during return shipment until our reception. When merchandise is received and approved, the purchase price is refunded within a few days via the webshop payment module to credit card which has been used for the purchase. The shipping price from Brandts Indoor to the customer is not returned
